Dan is co-owner of Keystone Home Inspections of NJ and brings a wealth of knowledge to the 800 Home Inspections he has performed. He has over 25 years of experience in just about every aspect of home maintenance and construction - working as a carpenter, an electrician, a painter, and a landscape installer. This experience provides insight as to how things in a home go together. Dan has also been a firefighter for the last 29 years, 24 of those professionally. This experience provides insight as to what happens in a home when things go wrong and what NOT to do!

William is co-owner of Keystone Home Inspections of NJ and has performed over a thousand Home Inspections during his time as a licensed Home Inspector. He has a comprehensive and broad based knowledge of all aspects of a home and its systems. He has served as a field mentor for Home Inspector Trainees, taking them along on inspections and teaching them how to properly perform home inspections, according to the New Jersey Standards of Practice. Furthermore, William brings 15 years of experience as a professional Firefighter, along with a working knowledge of building construction and common safety hazards within a home. This real world experience gives William and Keystone Home Inspections of NJ the edge over lesser experienced Home Inspectors.
William provides a personal touch with every inspection. As a loving father, he will discuss with you your long-term plans for the home, whether or not you have young children or are planning on having a family so that he can take that into account as he methodically goes through your future home, taking extra care to point out and discuss potential safety defects.
